Products - Lubricated Reciprocating Two-Stage Compressors

The 3 - 30 HP Series... a type and size for your application.

[Quality] Reciprocating compressors are prime examples of Gardner Denver quality... quality without question... from their tough exteriors to their rugged hearts.

These durable compressors are available in many models from 3 to 30 HP and with a wide choice of options and features to match your needs exactly with a customized installation. They are available in vertical and horizontal configurations, tank mounted or base mounted, and gas or diesel powered models allow you to take one anywhere.

Sturdy cast iron crankcase construction and tough cast iron or cast iron-lined domed cylinders eliminate head gasket concerns and greatly improve compressor efficiency. Valve discs are precisely machined of select Swedish steel and crankshafts are of hard ductile iron. The result is long, trouble-free service with unequaled operating efficiency.

The pressure libricated compressors are capable of achieving higher discharge pressures (250 PSIG). Available from 3 to 30 HP in simplex and duplex tank mounted versions as well as base mounted. An engine driven unit is also available.

Pressure Lubricated... In 3 to 30 HP

Two-stage, air cooled, 250 PSIG capability for higher pressure requirements.
  1. Pressure lubrication to crankshaft and connecting rod bearings for longer bearing life.
  2. Heavy duty cast iron lined or solid cast iron domed cylinders with integral heads.
  3. Replaceable babbitt bearing on connecting rod (crankshaft end) makes repairs easy and inexpensive.
  4. Swedish steel, single unit disc-type valves with large porting design for maximum efficiency, trouble-free operation and extended life.
  5. Positive displacement oil pump externally mounted and easily removed as a unit for ease of service.
  6. Balanced crankshaft with integral counterweights for smooth operation.
  7. Oversized tapered roller bearings on crankshaft for maximum life.
  8. Hydraulic unloader for easy, loadless starts and low oil pressure protection for unattedned operation, with factory set pilot valve.
  9. Balanced low and high pressure domed pistons for smooth operation.
  10. High strength, light weight aluminum connecting rods minimize vibration. Needle bearing for piston pin provides longer life.
